I’ve been curious about generative art for a while, but never really got into it until recently, when I started experimenting with p5.js. Helias is my first attempt: a small sketch that puts flower-like blobs on a loose grid, and makes a different piece every time it runs.

Press New, or the space bar, for a new one. Colours keeps the layout and tries another palette, and Layout does the opposite. It’s nicer on its own page, where the piece gets the whole screen, and each one gets its own address, so you can share one you like.
